would love if you could get are there charms for other awareness. I see the charms on the bracelet already have two bracelet but would like to add several more charms to it I have lupus and I also have myelofibrosis and I have the brain and tumor. I support the brain tumor I have a friend who has battled this and has come through with flying colors.

It really is lovely...and so much better now they can be made smaller ...it's a bit fiddly with the clasp ...because the bracelet is so heavy...keeps sliding round...but I do love the way it sparkles and looks so pretty.
