I did get my MS Luxury Bracelet and I love it, however...the clasp was broken upon receipt. I'm sure that's NOT normal practice. I contacted The Awareness Store ASAP and the rep. emailed me back and asked for a picture which I provided happily, the next email from her stated that she had already done a request for a replacement and that I would get an email when the new one had been shipped. Now I am just waiting to get the new bracelet in the mail. The one the was broken is beautiful though, I'm so glad I ordered this!! The only thing I'll need to get used to is the weight of the bracelet, it's not heavy but it does hold a little bit of weight to it, not like any little frilly bracelet you get at a jewelry store. At least with the weight you can tell it's made with quality materials.
