My only “complaint” is my own fault I guess. I should have picked black shirt or a much darker color. The grey print and ribbon is basically invisible if you’re not right up close. :( The shirt color looked darker on my screen and someone had recommended it so I went with it. Other than that though, nice shirt, design and printing.

After ordering bracelets and shirts for my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren I wanted to place a order for more shirts for other family members to help make people aware of the needs of people like me with Parkinson's. after placing the order for 6 additional shirts, and my mistake was not reviewing the order before releasing the order, I released the order. Immediately after the order was released, I look at the confirmation and realized I had ordered small shirts rather than medium that I needed. with in 15 minutes after placing the order, I emailed your sales group and advised them of the error. I received a email from Angela that said she had contacted the warehouse making them aware of the mistake and that she had requested the sizes be changed and she would keep me informed. A few days later, I was contacted by her and told that the shirts had shipped and the sizes were not changed and there was nothing they could do about it. I have worked with many companies in my 78 years and have never had a company tell me they did not have a return or exchange policy. So all that being said, I am satisfied with the products but extremely unhappy with the support of Parkinson's Awareness.
