The bracelet is in honor of my 45 yo son who is Downs. I haven't worn it yet but it is absolutely beautiful.

It is beautiful, no doubt, but think the downs syndrome symbol, part of the bracelet, should be coloured on both sides, as, when you are wearing it, it often 'flips over' and shows the plain side, i feel a little let down by the product, shame I couldn't give a better review.
