Was so excited to get my bracelet, and it looked so nice. I added the pancreatic ribbon that I had ordered from you and asked my husband to put it on my wrist, but when he did, one of the links broke. I was so sad to have this happen. What do I do now? Return the one you sent? Order and have to pay for another bracelet? Please let me know what the next step is for me. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

I didn’t receive confirmation that it was ever shipped. I think I was charged for it but never received it.. I did receive the pancreatic ribbon charm, but not the bracelet.....

hardest part is the clasp...it is difficult to open and close...other than that I love it as it gives me another way to promote the help needed for the deadly disease
